Almost 4 years ago my social network app was the most downloaded app in Italy. It then failed.

Here’s what I’ve learned since then:
- Go slower 🐌
- Get enough seed funds 🍬
- Remove 🤮 team members fast

Step 1: cofounders need to be aligned since day1🤮

Step 2: yes going slow can definitely help with building a sustainable culture. Problem is that you need to have sufficient amount of funds to survive and nurture the team 🎣
