Last year, I made the decision to fully immerse myself in biological upgrades and mental restoration.
Health first.
I dove into genetics tests, DNA analysis, and more, exploring ways to optimize my body and mind.
Along the way, I established a supplement routine and witnessed both the challenges and breakthroughs. The dull, the dirt, the chore.
I realized Mainstream will never do what we are doing. No chance.
We need to cross the chasm.
This sparked an idea: to create a project that bridges café culture with the "don’t die" movement, aiming to make longevity habits more appealing, and accessible to everyone. It’s about shifting societal norms and ensuring that the principles of biohacking extend beyond niche communities, so we can all embrace practices that support a longer, healthier life.

But for it to work on a global scale, we need to go further.
