I haven't used the spacers, but I've always been careful to wear running shoes with a wide toe box and zero drop. I look forward to hearing if they help you!

what is/was your usage of the spacers like? multiple times a day? weekly? just on and off?

mine just came 2 days ago. the silicone type. hope my back pain will go away soon. 😅
