Yes!!! I feel like I’m getting more oxygen. I know nose breathing is better and this simple change is nuts. I wanted to see if it would help my TMJ, and am so pleased with all of the areas it seems to help.

I’ve been so tempted to try that. I get congested easily and am pretty allergic to my cats but the tape on its own has been a huge game changer for my ENT sinus system

If I did it I’d need the magnetic nasal strip thing to open me up too

I was too, but it’s not like my mouth is fully closed shut. And I get claustrophobic-ish anxiety if I can’t control my body lol

I can totally see that! It has been great for my mouth hygiene I feel like. My main thought for trying it was for jaw support, which is what I am seeing the most benefit for!

It fixed my dry mouth problem (caused by meds) and now I don’t need it anymore!
