FORCED myself to the gym bc desperately needed a mood boost. I tried cardio, weights, pushups, etc but NOTHING felt as good as STRETCHING. It’s not always about intensity, but what the body needs. If you’re like me and hold a lot of tension, stretching is like magic! Let it hurt so good and remember to breeatheeee!

Breathing is literally so important I can’t stress how bad I used to be at it 🤣

I still always forget to breathe and then have to take a deep breath like I’ve been suffocating myself
