This _sounds_ true However - building in a transparent, honest and credible manner is still the best way to build a long term sustainable business. No matter the hurdles in the near term, the long term incentives hold. Just look at @coinbase vs other exchanges in the US

In terms of US-based exchanges that focused on the US as a primary market, the only notable survivors are Kraken and Gemini. I am curious to read how the CEX market was won in the US.
