It means anticipating their needs to avoid issues from sprouting and, if necessary, trying to resolve problems at the first sign of trouble. There are big benefits to delivering proactive customer service. You can often prevent problems before they start. Instead of waiting for a customer complaint, you’re doing something to help them now.
