One hour snack workout midday! Intention: Activate circulation, warm up muscles, and Vitamin D ๐ค - 4 sets of 100m jog and side lunges - 3 sets of jumping squats (13 reps) + lunges, knee up (lunges) - 3 sets of core exercises: bicicleta and star Warm up: Childโs pose, downward-facing dog, and side stretches. I'm still not feeling comfortable sharing videos or photos while working out, but for some reason I do it all the time on Instagram. I'll get there ๐ซก
