PolyTower, 2015, from my Makerbot era. Proto-long-form generative experiment 3D printing. Lo-poly meshes converted to wireframes by placing boxes along each edge, generated in batches of 25 at a time. Never exhibited, would have needed a 3D printer farm. I've gifted most to artist friends over the years.

I think they’re lovely rough and ready. Almost sketches/prototypes/maquettes?

FDM printers do have their quirks. If you print them bigger and with a small layer height you can get them smoother, but I embraced the inevitable defects (hanging loops) from overhanging surfaces. 🫠
