I think it's helpful to have identified the common philosophy between the components, with a fixedly cynical gaze. 

But I've never felt more clobbered by an acronym, it is so awful. Worse than aukus, worse than posslq.

You can’t fix underpurposed work missions with overspecified work contexts

Turning the screws on WFH is the same pathology as micromanagement, bureaucratic process overhead etc. 

If you’re doing mission right people will *want* to divide time between workplace and remote correctly without coercion

What fictional female character do you admire/ aspire to be like, and why? 

Me first: Anne of Green Gables. Especially the Anne from Anne's House of Dreams, the 5th book in the series. She's just beautiful inside and out.
