todayβs warpcast workout is a π₯ deep core circuit π₯ one thing every pro athlete takes seriously is having a strong core it stabilises the whole body also if you struggle with back pain maybe try adding some of these exercises into your routine! 1. rocking planks - 30 seconds 2. dead bugs - 5 reps each side 3. hip bridge leg lift - 5 reps each side 4. side taps - 10 reps each side 5. dish hold - 30 seconds 2 rounds with a 1 min break inbetween intensity level - medium let me know how you find it and let me know you have any workout requests or questions β
