You’re probably missing the sdk.actions.ready() call?

you're right! that fixed it. Claude removed it and I didn't realize. and then in my local code I added 100x more debug logs with Claude 😅

I am in the gym but I peeked through your code a little — where are you calling ready() ? 

The frame won’t progress past splash until you call that from the sdk 

Try adding logging around that whole part make Claude do it 😂
