since this cast 👇🏼 i have been asking myself and receiving input from others: how can this process be as fun and reliable and fair as possible? and today i came up with an idea that feels like that there are going to be 8 finalists and on thursday at 23:59 a 30 minute show will start through our frame where you will be able to see their pitches and vote for them based on the total amount of $hackathon you hold, you will be distributed “chips” or “points” which you will allocate to each one of the 8 finalists at the end of the 30 minutes, a script will sum the amount of chips that each one has and the winner will be the one with more wdyt? how would you do it? what would you change? now the challenge becomes to choose the 8 finalists from their: - github repo - production ready link

great idea! who is the target audience to vote? I think your idea will radically reduce the size of the audience and force a more involved group of ~5(?) people. this is very involved and time consuming. maybe some people want to do a 1-2 click vote and not watch a 30min show? what is a long-term awesome state we want to achieve? what is a great simple first step that we can do this week?
