what do you think would happen if we changed screen time from showing how much time you spend ON your phone to how much time you spend OFF your phone

that's... why hasn't this happened? it could even be embellished w/ milestones, as opposed to the simple statement alluding to doomscrolling.

i think it was very intentional to show screen time on instead of off at the end of the day, do any of these companies actually want you to reduce it as much as you can? it works against them
