the freaking coolest thing about this year’s olympics are most of the athletes are social media age 

so I’ve been watching the olympics through TikTok 

you can see:
> all the behind the scenes for practice
> what it’s like in the Olympic village and dining halls
> funny pranks they play on each other
> olympians meeting their idols who are also olympians 
> OOTD videos with all the country kits
> really awkward attempts at flirting with other athletes 


plus you can also develop insanely realistic crushes on every athlete bc you feel like you know them 😇

Damn that actually sounds like a way better way to experience the Olympics (in terms of content). I've just had Peacock on the TV all day every day so it's only the events themselves and cringy NBC original content.
