do you meditate? what’s your practice? I’ve been meditating regularly for 3 years; now it’s a transcendental meditation, but I’ve started with short 5 min meds on headspace Biggest outcome - reduced stress, sense of clarity and creativity

I’ve been meditating on and off for about 15 years, since I started doing yoga! Tried so many different styles and types, now I mostly do breath-focused meditation on a regular basis, adding in guided visualizations of emotional states for working through high-anxiety moments
