Best for me was starting a monthly group meeting of founders, going deep on work, personal, similar to Entrepreneurs Org The group was invaluable for keeping sane, tactics, support & resources Some things only founders can fully understand, some things can’t discuss w/cofounders or even spouse Only w/founders
