gm /therapy Would love thoughts, practices, tips on releasing emotional trauma. I have been traveling in rural Kenya/Uganda the past 10 days. It has been amazing but also emotional. The things I have seen and stories I have heard are heavy. Mostly been holding back the tears and need to release the joy and sadness.

I find it best to move heavy things with motion A walk, run, hiit/emom workout Or for a different vibe: a session of yin yoga, which focuses primarily on the pelvic region where emotional trauma is stored Camel pose stimulates the vagus nerve and could release emotions too!
