my friend and I are on the hunt for the perfect caesar salad

we thought we found it at this dive bar near my apartment, doubles, but they legit just took it off the menu the week after we first tried it

it was amazing. we’re trying to get them to put it back on lol

caesar salad is such a gamble, can easily be boring/meh but sometimes really good

oh totally!! it’s hard to truly mess up a caesar, i feel like it’s so up to personal taste or how you’re grading it (i.e. for me authenticity is top top)

For me, Caesar salad just needs to be good enough and I'll enjoy it. Like those Caesar salad kits from Costco, LOVE! bougie homemade with sourdough croutons, LOVE! as long as it is 80% perfection, I'm enjoying it. Coffee is NOT the same story.
