and one i haven't tried yet for this specific purpose but that i'm really excited to try is group vocalization and movement, i.e. sound baths, yoga, tai chi, breath work circles, choirs she said it's because women with autism have a higher likelihood to overintellectualize their emotions and logic out of them instead of process them, so scheduling in opportunities for somatic connection can help with the overintellectualization. singing and movement help :)
