there are definitely a lot of 3rd and 4th wave coffee shops here but i find the most important thing is finding a coffee shop that cleans their machines frequently + has appropriate temp for brewing water + doesn't burn the milk 

decent amount of good cafes here :)

On a unrelated note - Is coffee better in canada?
