of course! they'll probably sound like typical advice if you're already familiar with some of the classic strategies lol deep pressure is the one i respond to the best so far - really tight self hugs, heavy heavy blankets, curling myself up in the tightest ball possible surrounded by a bunch of pillows (and making sure the pillows touch/cover my back - literally surrounded) adding in a hot water bottle to hug tight really helps too! add soft piano music with nature sounds on noise cancelling headphones, an eye mask and close the blinds and i am soothed in 15 min π before it would take me hours or days to self soothe after what i thought were anxiety attacks but turns out they were meltdowns from overstimulation :)))
