We used rituals and the SNOO smart crib.  SNOO was a big help in getting him to sleep and gave us some sleep time back. This book is also the science behind SNOO

ya we use snoo too - and it has been super helpful 

we are in the 5th month now. so just started weaning mode. 

did you sleep train in the snoo, or did you do that in the crib? 

this guy is getting taller, we need to soon transition him to a crib
