when i was in experienced: product

now i scope my search by product, but it’s TEAM TEAM TEAM and culture!

Team and problem (I guess that’s other)?

But yes team is #1

product, use case, culture — in that order

All the above plus responsibilities, upside, and credibility of the founders & leaders of the biz

For me, the most important is the first one.

Team, and Product for me.

I am curious about learning right now, and a team I could learn from with an innovative product would be great for this phase of my career
