What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

If the project relies on Ethereum it should allocate some portion of tokens to the protocol guild.

What about other public goods funding mechanisms (eg. OP RPGF, QF rounds or things that appear in the future) ?

Yes, big fan of both! However I’ve come to understand how tricky these mechs are to design and maintain. (I’m an employee of OP Labs). 

For Ethereum-centric orgs unable to allocate significant time to public goods funding, PG’s simple design and governance structure make it a lightweight and impactful choice.
