They criticize salary earners in an attempt to make entrepreneurship more appealing, but that’s a misguided approach. Entrepreneurship is no joke. It takes grit, patience, and strategy to establish a business. If you think otherwise, try starting one yourself. I always tell people that if you don’t listen to motivational talks in context, your mind will be on a constant roller coaster, tossed back and forth by indecision. How can you condemn salaried work, then start a business and expect others to work for you? No one starts life by feeding and clothing themselves; they are supported. The same principle applies to business. There’s no shame in working for a company first, learning how systems operate, so you can build something strong and sustainable. Let’s encourage young people to start small, gain experience, and build capacity for greater exploits instead of pushing them into ventures or industries they barely understand.

It's crucial to emphasize that entrepreneurship is not a quick fix or a path to instant success. It requires a lot of hard work, dedication, and often involves taking significant risks at times

Facts, People see the results but don’t realize the grind and sacrifices behind the scenes.
