Neck exercise 3. Neck Stretches: Sit or stand with good posture, looking straight ahead. Chin to chest: Gently tilt your head down, bringing your chin towards your chest, feeling a stretch in the back of your neck. Chin to ceiling: Gently tilt your head back, bringing your chin towards the ceiling, feeling a stretch in the front of your neck. Side-to-side: Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder, feeling a stretch on the opposite side of your neck. Hold each stretch for 5-10 seconds and repeat 5-10 times.
