Drink water · Sleep 7+ hours a night · Walk 8-10k steps a day · Train hard 3-4x a week · Eat a nutrient dense diet · Get .8g of protein per lb of bodyweight Do this for 90 days straight & people will say that you have good genetics.

Sometimes, when I feel hunger, I pretend it's fat leaving my body. Hunger is a part of losing weight. Learn to be friends with it.

Don't do cardio to burn fat. Do it because it's good for your heart & brain while putting you in a better mood.

I used to think weight loss was about eating less and moving more. Now I know it’s quality foods, strength training, eating a nutrient dense high protein diet, drinking water, and getting great sleep. It’s about being patient and doing the boring things consistently.

How to heal a slow metabolism: - Drink water - Lift weights 3x/week - 1 hour of time in nature - Eat a nutrient dense diet - Get 7-9 hours of quality sleep/night - Get .8 to 1 gram of protein per pound Most people don’t have a slow metabolism. They have shitty health habits.

If you drank more water you'd realize you don't need to eat as much.

Being consistent doing a shitty workout is better than doing the perfect workout once in awhile.

Workout tip: Between your sets, take a walk. This improves recovery while giving you extra steps for the day.

If you can squat and bench press your body weight… And deadlift 2x your body weight… Your part of the top 5% of strongest people in the world.

A lot of people still think creatine is a steroid. The reality is it's the safest, cheapest, most effective supplement to optimize our bodies and brains.

Everyone wants the fountain of youth... No one wants to lift 3x a week, drink water, get 8-10k steps a day, fix their sleep habits, and eat a nutrient dense diet.

One thing I'd like MAHA to promote: Increasing step count. Getting as little as 6000 steps a day reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease by 40% to 50% compared to those who walk only 2,000-4000.

Just raw dogged a 20 minute walk in nature. No social, no reels, no texting. Locked in on my steps the whole time. Built different.
