What are the "DePIN" projects that people think are most likely to actually work? It feels like the category is a new name for something that's been around for a decade (StorJ, various decentralized ubers...) but has never gotten off the ground? So what's the bull case for why it will get off the ground now?

Helium has deals with T-Mobile iirc so as far as DePIN goes it is probably the most promising, though it seems to be marketed as merely an American low-cost option

Both supply and demand sides are heavily incentivized by their new token $mobile . What happens when token incentivization runs out?

Itβs still a $20 unlimited phone plan, which compared to other US carrier options is a big incentive itself

Demand kicks in... Helium currently have ~69k recurring paying customers ($20/m). It's growing 1k customers per day.... A portion of those $20 goes toward buying $HNT tokens. This creates demand pressure to incentivize network owners to provide more coverage and earn more tokens...

Good question my mobile earnings from mapping have gone down significantly. Should I be holding these until incentivization does run out??
