没研究过抖音，但正常用户能看到的，肯定有办法保存下来，可能是有限制

我其实一直挺奇怪抖音上为什么有的视频可以选择保存，有的不可以，是用户上传的时候选择的么。碰上不能保存的，只能用录屏的方式分享给微信好友
