This morning while I was running I slipped in a sharp curve and I fell. Now I’m starting to feel the pain on my right leg… nothing serious, but with cold muscles you feel it more. Some bruises are starting to appear Btw nice 6km easy + 7km moderate

hope not serious. with all my plans for 2025, I start to take it a bit easier during the cold season to be able to fully enjoy it once it's getting warmer.
