We had an awesome Munich Tech Sauna meetup at Phoenix Bad Munich yesterday - joinbus via techsauna.dev. We meet once a month and sometimes in between. Hot sauna, good conversations, some non alc drinks at the bar. Perfect.

Look at this crazy spike in RHR since I gave blood on Monday. Also VO2Max dropped with my last short run. This will improve and eventually I will go beyond, for sure, I just really realize you need to listen to your body. Proper nutrition, sleep, taking it a few days easier is the rule after giving blood.
