My longest run is coming up early tomorrow. I will run 32.4 km to the SAP Labs Munich office... Cause I think I can. Left laptop and changing clothes, etc. all there. Any final Tipps for me? My longest run was 26km, so it's a bit more. Will of course have fluids and gels with me... Anything else you'd recommend? It's Munich Marathon today - cool and rainy day, let's see. Quite nervous already although I just have to repeat my test run 2 weeks ago. Munich public transport is broken right now, a 45 min trip took me more than twice as long yesterday... So maybe that is what makes me nervous. After a big injury years ago I am getting back to bouldering. Especially during winter time, it's a great addition to my monkey runs. These are runs that cross calisthenics parcs for some full body workout or at least my favorite: monkey Bars.
