I donโt feel like an effective teacher lately. Students are exhibiting the same unexpected behaviors. Today I noticed two different students who had items prohibited by school policy. I decided to enforce the school policy and both students became very dysregulated for the rest of the day.

It's really not enough for a teacher to be effective. Nowadays , social media has the greatest impact on children; sometimes there's nothing we can do.
