We shouldn’t abandon Web3 data but instead integrate it with Web2 metrics like market mix modeling to get a full picture of our audience.
Only by combining blockchain insights with decades of marketing knowledge we can create strategies that resonate with real people not just wallet addresses, and drive meaningful engagement.

the fundamentals obviously apply -> who is the customer, whats the product, the core unique value prop & positioning. 

But i think we should try not to be skeuomorphic in our approach (just mimic web2 directly). 

Use web3 levers to propel web2 fundamentals further is the key idea
