Start with who youā€™re targeting, why your product matters, and how you stand out. 2āƒ£ Features donā€™t sell, benefits do. Users donā€™t care about your blockchainā€™s TPS. They care about how it improves their experience. 3āƒ£ Your first users: go direct. Cold outreach works when done right. Be direct, provide value, and make engagement effortless. 4āƒ£ Messaging must be consistent. If your brand positioning shifts constantly, users wonā€™t trust you. Keep messaging aligned across channels.

Iā€™m reading through StoryBrand framework and it has cemented the idea in my head that most users will give you a try if you give them the right information. Nobody likes change and trying something is change. Also 100% convinced that to differentiate yourself in the ai space itā€™s via personality of your agent not function.
