Got a new one on the way :) question for parents of 2+ kids:

- what are the highest-impact logistic hacks I can think about in advance?
- especially in the first few months, what was your experience with childcare (babysitter v nanny v inhouse etc)

Congratulations! I think the age difference plays a big role, but for me keeping my first child’s routine consistent helped a lot.
Also I tried to fit as much as possible the new baby into the existing routine, while ensuring #1 stayed busy with friends, family, and usual activities.
