This week I built

a reflection on 2024 and began laying the groundwork for 2025. 

As I pieced together the lessons and results from this tumultuous and unpredictable year, I asked myself: 

Within the circles I touched—through connections and creative collaborations—did I give more than I took? Did my work leave a meaningful impact, or did I become just another person with a camera, producing images by numbers devoid of life?

For me, the only acceptable answer has to be - I gave my best. I showed up fully for others and for myself. I placed people first and, wherever I could, created opportunities for someone to share their story, to be seen, and to be celebrated, through the portraits I create with them.

As I review my body of work from this year, I am filled with gratitude and love—not just for what was created, but for the power and meaning it holds.
