Weighted by how “far” away they are from the thing they’re committing to

For eg a dev with 5 years TS experience 

Committing to a TS codebase in 1 day vs 5 days vs 10 days is linear judgement in isolation

committing to a Rust codebase in 1 day vs 5 vs 10 is linear in isolation

Combined it’s not linear 

Rust in 5 days > perhaps TS in 1 

Depends on situation

I love this one - I've always had this as my "onboarding Engineer success" metric.
