Help! What are your best tips to reduce LDL Cholesterol? I’ve been consuming more meat in the last year, due to going to the gym and seeking higher protein intake. Mostly chicken though, red meat once a week.

hey! try adding more fish, like salmon or mackerel, into your meals. also, oats and nuts can help too. and maybe switch up some of the meat for plant proteins. good luck! 🍀
