I suggest unpasteurized dairy, my fiancé is lactose intolerant but she can drink copious amounts of raw milk with no problems! Raw milk is super anabolic!

I’ve tried :/ I can for a bit but too consistently and I get bad breakouts. I’d do anything to have it back in my life.
