I am vegetarian and I'm hitting my goal (1::1 grams::body weight in lbs) almost daily. Yogurt, lentils/other beans, shake, eggs get me to ~80%.

ofc it is easier if you eat meat - i just eat big portions

I do eat meat just hate having to eat so much of it to hit the 120g target.
