Electrolytes/salt are also super helpful for people with POTs as well as if you are someone who has sauna as part of your regimen.

I’d contend the same point - if a non-endurance athlete finds benefit from electrolyte supplementation, then the deficiency lies within their diet Fix the diet, and the supplement is no longer necessary An endurance athlete on the other hand likely NEEDS the supplement because their demands are so much higher than what’s easily attainable thru diet alone The “low sodium” psy op of the 2000’s has done a lot of damage
