Having seen a lot of crypto founders as an investor, some common pitfalls I'm trying to be careful of

- raised too much, lost sense of urgency
- grew team too large, lost focus
- ego caught up in speaking events and vanity metrics
- nerd sniped into building fun things
- waiting too long to launch / release feature

A project I worked on would release, get feedback, add new features, change existing and at the end of it, no one wanted it

Build what people need not what they want and it’s up to you to find the need
