I’m a bit out of the loop: what is the latest developer support for FIP-2? Here is my use case: I want users to be able to leave replies on specific tokens to create a global comment section. For example, replying directly to “Fidenza #0” via Farcaster and having a way to view all other people who have done so.

Protocol still supports it but the experience on Warpcast will be suboptimal. Separate client can still build on top of the primitive and display the casts accordingly. Channels were originally an experiment built on top of FIP-2 originally (each channel root being a URI or URL target to somewhere) but that is not going to be the case as it is going through many iterations. You can set the Fidenza #0 CAIP URI as the parent target for a cast and it will work per the FIP-2. (Warpcast will omit it from feeds but the cast will still show up on user profiles)

To confirm, is this the correct CAIP format? eip155:1/erc721:0x03699F24C1A96D91c261f3F6574e8AEbA6Bc3753/494
