2025 goal is to buy this Dumbbell Tree set from Nike (It looks gorgeous).

In order to deserve it I have to be consistent in doing strength training at least until summer (so my goal is buy it in September).

I've never done strength training in like 25 years (last time was when I was a rower in my 20). I only run now.

Being consistent for me will be a big achievement. The mat and some adjustable dumbbells & barbell from Amazon are on the way, same for a bench. Creatine and whey proteines are already here, I plan to start training in a week or so.

This cast is to make me accountable for my resolution.
