i think the model 3 is sposed to be the ideal commuter, and u would want to lease, not buy as the depreciation is insane!

But up here in AK the repairabilty was my main concern, and then charging, I think they would have to fly someone up for big repairs and idk if there are any shops up here for maintenance 

It was cool seeing them try out two trucks at -40 tho

And if you park outside it eats the battery keeping it warm

They are very popular in Norway, and we have headbolt heaters in most long term parking lots so you can almost always plug in to 120v to keep the heat going

I would be afraid of how they could handle the cold up there too
