so happy you're back! i was thinking of your writing last week when i was idly wondering if regular Alexander technique practice would help me not feel so weirdly low-key tense all the time. looking forward to seeing your posts here

It's good to be back! I think it would - I'm rebuilding my course at the moment, and tempted to build in public. Twitter has been less and less appealing to do that, so I'm tempted to do it here lots I could say about what you're talking about! it's time to thread
