this year was the first time ive ever pivoted

totally. pivoting is a spectrum. could mean anything from diff product idea to diff strategy to essentially diff company

ive done plenty of 1, some of 2, and only one 3

For sure! I’ve found 2 main reasons for pivoting:

1) no promising future in the current direction
2) coming across a key insight into more promising direction through what I’m working on

Type 1 pivots are hard. Type 2 pivots are easier
