Black sesame is rich in healthy fats, fiber, and minerals like calcium and magnesium - great for skin, bones; and inflammation support Cardamom adds more than cozy flavor - it’s traditionally used to aid digestion and reduce bloating Today’s a test batch day, so I’m experimenting with baking times, ingredient ratios, and finishing touches… a light sprinkle of smoked maldon sea salt and one 100% dark cacao chips for some cookies. 100% cacao means 0 sugar and max antioxidants - good for the heart, brain, and soul (especially with the salt hit) High-protein. Low sugar. Big flavor!
