He’s not against regular use. He’s not using em at all I don’t take em regularly anymore cause I don’t have the time. In high school they facilitated what was essentially therapy, but without any trained professionals (maybe for the best?) Nowadays I’d do em once I a while

Maybe because of past experience, I’m just not worried about the things he’s worried about. I don’t think they’d seriously rearrange my life now. Maybe I’m not taking enough though 🤔 🤔
